Shipping Costs:
Items ship with USPS Priority Mail. Please email or call with
country location for international shipping rates. Insurance
purchased upon customer request. We highly recommend purchasing
insurance. If insurance is not obtained, customer must pay all
shipping costs for returns and replacements.
Return Policy:
Items that are received damaged may be returned
for replacement or refund if Rowanberry is notified within 14
days of receipt. If the items are not insured, customer must pay
all shipping costs to return the broken item and ship the replacement.
For insured items, damaged merchandise
and the original carton must be shown to the local USPS office
for verification. When returned to Rowanberry, replacement merchandise
will be sent at no cost. No further shipping charges will be incurred. |
