Orders Welcome
Please contact Rowanberry for more information about purchasing. We accept U.S. and International orders.

Custom Orders
Each art piece is created by hand in our Spring Grove studio, therefore there are no two pieces are exactly alike. Custom orders are welcome. We often work with clients to create unique art that reflects the client's own home and style of decoration.

Purchase with personal check or money order:
If items are in stock, order will ship in 7-10 days, upon bank clearance of check or money order.

Purchase with Paypal:

Visit our Etsy shop to pay with paypal or credit card. Etsy is an online marketplace for handmade items. If you do not see the item you wish to purchase in our Etsy shop, please email and the item will be posted and available for purchase within two days.

Shipping Costs:
Items ship by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Please email or call with country location for international shipping rates. Insurance purchased upon customer request. We highly recommend purchasing insurance. Click here for our shipping chart.

Return Policy:
Items that are received damaged may be returned for replacement or refund if Rowanberry is notified within 14 days of receipt. If the items are not insured, customer must pay all shipping costs to return the broken item and ship the replacement.

For insured items, damaged merchandise and the original carton must be shown to the local USPS office for verification. When returned to Rowanberry, replacement merchandise will be sent at no cost.

We want you to be satisfied with your custom art piece. If you receive a piece that does not meet your expectations, we will refund your purchase price if we receive the item back within 14 days. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
